Enter the Walt Disney World property.  Follow the signs as though you are going to Epcot. You'll most likely be entering from I-4 or 192. All these roads converge into Disney's road system, which will take you to Epcot.

• Take exit 67 toward Epcot/Downtown Disney; merge onto Epcot Centre Dr. and take exit toward Epcot.

• Drive through the Toll booth and turn right on Woodpecker Lane.

• You will drive past (3) parking areas and Wonders Lot will be on your right.  Signage will be out and event guides with lighted wands will be outside to help you find the correct parking location.

• Once you arrive to the Wonders parking lot you will leave your car there.

• From that same parking lot a complimentary shuttle service will take you to the Epcot World Showplace Pavilion.

Please be advised that the first shuttle to the reception will depart around 5:45 pm and it takes approx. 15 minutes from the parking to the venue.  The shuttle drop-off site has changed this year and guests will take a 5-minute walk to the main venue. 

The cocktail reception will begin at 6:00pm. If you would like to enjoy the cocktail reception, please be sure to arrive early!

Express passes will be sent to the company's contact person and to those who purchased individual tickets. Upon arrival, just show your ticket at the registration table. 

Each guest at your table will receive one (1) complimentary glass of wine at dinner. If you wish to pre-order additional wine bottles for your table, please click here to access the wine list.
