This award is given to a non-Hispanic individual who has led by example in supporting the progress of the Hispanic community in Central Florida. He is a proven leader whose background in business and public service spans more than 30 years. He has served the Central Florida community as an Orange County Commissioner, corporate and nonprofit executive, and community association leader.
